PRODUCTION CAPACITY Over the past 40 years, the capabilities of Ronass have grown substantially to produce high quality coating solutions that meet the expanding needs of industry. Through its various production facilities, Ronass has an annual nominal capacity of 34,600 MT of paints and protective coatings. Optimized use of resources, environmental stewardship and workplace organization are some of the most important policies followed by production units, allowing personnel to effectively deliver products according to international and company-wide standards. Ronass’ Protective Coatings Unit works through three dedicated production facilities to service its Industrial and Marine clients. These advanced and highly responsive facilities produce a diverse range of products using cutting-edge systems and highly experienced technicians, and they are supported by devoted in-line quality control laboratories. Paint and Coating Production Facilities Pilot Production: Batch sizes of up to 200 Kg (mostly R&D) Production Facility No. 1: Small batch sizes of 300-4500 Kg Production Facility No. 2: Medium batch sizes of 2000-5000 Kg Production Facility No. 3: Medium batch sizes of 2000-8000 Kg Production Facility No. 4: Medium-Large batch sizes of 3000-20000 Kg Production Facility No. 5: Large batch sizes of 10000-20000 Kg Alkyd Resin and Modified Polyester Facilities This section consists of two fully equipped production and packing lines along with an in-line laboratory and a scaled down pilot with an annual production capacity of 14’000 MT. Pilot Production: Batch sizes of up to 150 Kg (mostly R&D) Production Line No. 1: Batch sizes of up to 12000 Kg Production Line No. 2: Batch sizes of up to 15000 Kg Packaging Production This section consists of five fully equipped production lines with an annual production capacity of 4’000 MT of tin cans and plastic packaging.
